These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yaszou (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and our website https://yaszou.com/ (the “Site”), including any purchase of products offered through the Site. By visiting the Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein.

Purchases are intended for adults (18+) and adult-sized apparel; we do not sell prohibited or regulated items, and our products are women’s clothing, including coats, jackets, skirts, and dresses.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws applicable to you.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in an immediate termination of your access to the Site and/or services.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return/refund policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We currently sell and ship to France only. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis where permitted by law.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Taxes are already included in the product price, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment Methods and Payment Capture

We accept major credit and debit cards supported by our payment processor, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other card networks as supported by our payment processor. We also support Shop Pay, a fast and secure checkout option offered by Shopify.

Payment is captured at the time you place your order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the transaction may take approximately 3 to 10 business days from the order date to be reflected as available/settled on your side.

Fraud Prevention and Order Review

All orders are subject to review for potential fraud, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction where suspicious activity is detected, to the extent permitted by law. If your order is flagged for review, we may request additional verification before processing or shipping.

Billing Address

To avoid delays or declines, you should ensure that your billing address matches the information associated with your payment method.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please verify the payment details with your bank or card issuer and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support immediately and explain the issue in detail; we will do our best to assist.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed via email and are also accessible through your account on the Site (where available).

Address Changes (After Ordering)

Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, or once processing has begun, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
