Cancellation clause

Cancellations are only accepted up to 36 hours after placing the order.

Average processing time before shipment

Our typical processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order cut-off time: 17 CET. Orders placed after the cut-off may begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

After dispatch, transit time is typically 6–12 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 09–17 business days.

Disclaimer for possible courier delays

If you believe your order is delayed or lost, you must submit your claim within 4 days after the maximum estimated delivery date.
