What shipping methods do you use?

We use reputable courier services to deliver orders within our shipping coverage regions.

Do you ship internationally?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards supported by our payment processor, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other card networks as supported. We also support Shop Pay (a fast and secure checkout option offered by Shopify).

Taxes: Taxes are already included in the product price, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 36 hours after placing your order.

  • Address changes: Requests to change the delivery address must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.

I entered the wrong address. What happens?

Please contact us as soon as possible (and within the 24-hour address-change window). If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed, and the outcome may depend on the carrier’s handling and applicable rules. Always double-check your shipping details at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Order timing depends on where you are located within our coverage region and external factors beyond our control. Our typical timeframes are:

  • Order cut-off: 17 CET

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation

  • Transit time: 6–12 business days after dispatch

  • Total estimated delivery time: 09–17 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

How do I track my order?

What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?

4) RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, subject to eligibility requirements. To be eligible, item(s) must be unused/unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt (return authorisation/instructions apply).

A restocking fee may apply up to 15% of the product price if, upon inspection, the issue is assessed as misuse.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

When will I receive my refund?
