REFUND POLICY
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused/unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

We aim to review authorised return requests and/or returned items within 3 business days of receipt (where an inspection/approval step is required).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reports of damage/defects must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery (subject to review).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we may offer an exchange where eligible. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For eligible exchanges related to incorrect/defective items, we will cover return shipping costs.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14-day period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting yaszoucontact@gmail.com. You must return the goods in an unused condition, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase, where applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
